At White River Hardwoods, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural millwork. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Initiate Request

Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the unused hardwood products in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate profiles are protected to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Labels

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the crate or box and ship the items back to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned wood for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
