What types of wood species do you offer?
Our products are primarily stocked in Poplar and Red Oak. However, we also offer a wide variety of specialty hardwoods including Cherry, Maple, and Walnut through our custom order program.
How are shipping costs calculated for oversized mouldings?
Due to the length and fragile nature of hardwood mouldings, orders exceeding 8 feet are shipped via LTL freight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and your delivery zone.
Do you provide custom design services?
Yes, White River specializes in custom architectural solutions. Our design team can work from your sketches or CAD drawings to create unique profiles, mantels, or decorative carvings tailored to your project.
What is your return policy on stock items?
Standard stock items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-made or modified products are non-returnable.
Are your products shipped sanded and ready for finish?
All of our wood products are precision milled and undergo a secondary sanding process. While they are generally ready for finish, we recommend a light touch-up sanding on-site to ensure a perfect bond with your paint or stain.
Do you offer trade discounts for contractors and designers?
Yes, we offer a dedicated Trade Program for industry professionals. Registered contractors, architects, and interior designers are eligible for tiered pricing based on annual volume.
